We stumbled across Weal 5 years ago after using a complicated and time consuming system, it was like a breath of fresh air. Most of the setting up was common sense and did not need to read reams of info first. Patients always congratulate us on the easy on line booking system especially for older people who are not so technology driven. All elements of Weal are easy to follow and clear, with help pages or live help chat if needed. I think I have only contacted Weal 3 or 4 times with questions over the past 5 years. They also do online coffee and chat, question and answers sessions that are helpful and friendly if required. I would totally give Weal a 10 out of 10. 😀
